Looking for another location?
Q: What date are you reopening?
A: We’re excited to announce we’ll be re-opening from July 2.
Q: What happens to my gift card if it expired during closure?
A: All Gift Cards that were valid as of March 18 will be extended for the full length of closure.
Q: Will my Movie Club Membership be extended?
A: Yes! All Movie Club Memberships that were active as of March 18 will be extended for the length of closure.
Q: I purchased tickets to a session that was cancelled because of closure, can I get a refund?
A: Online applications have now closed, please contact the appropriate venue of booking for refund application. Contact information can be found HERE.
Q: Why can’t I use cash?
A: Like many other retail businesses, we are minimising the amount of contact points between customers and staff to protect you and our team. While we can’t remove all contact points, we will reduce where possible.
Q: Why do I have to book a seat? Do I have to sit in my allocated seat?
A: While online & phone booking* will be preferred and prioritised for the majority of patrons, you can still purchase tickets at the bar and box office, but please note that due to limited capacity we may not be able to accommodate you into a session. Contact information will also be mandatory as part of the transaction – and you must remain in your allocated seats (friends and families can book to sit next to each other).
Q: Will booking online still have a fee?
A: Yes, the booking fee exists to cover various incremental costs incurred by providing online and I.T. services. Especially at this difficult time when our business is limited in serviceability and capacity, the online booking fee ensures we are able to maintain the safest service method that aligns with government regulations.
Q: I can’t book online, what do I do?
Please also note the following ticket redemptions can only be accepted at points of sale – contact information will also be required as part of the transaction in line with goverment regulations.
– Complimentary Passes
– Distributor Passes
– 2-for-1 Passes
– Film Festival Passes
– Companion Card Holders
